Building Your Pitch Deck
Before you write your pitch deck make sure you have complete clarity on the program, service, or product your offering.
Once you do we can build out a deliverables sheet. This is a must for sales calls.
You don’t want to walk the prospect through the services and forget something or misspeak.
The entire goal with this pitch deck is to make your prospect say “holy sh*t this is everything I’m getting!?” and give you their credit card info as soon as you price drop.
Fill out this offer document template with exactly what your offer includes.
(and make it pretty with brand colors)

Title & Outcome
You want your unique mechanism at the top of your offer document with the dream outcome listed right under.
This is so prospects know what you do and how you help right away.
Deliverables
List out all the deliverables and what they get in the program.
Don’t be vague, GO INTO SPECIFICS.
Have 2-3 sentences for each explaining exactly what they get when working with you.
Example:
“Per-client Software: You’ll get 24/7 access to a private dashboard where all of our action items, recordings, and call notes will live. This is so everything content-wise, as well as your backend systems, are organized in one place for maximum efficiency.”
Structure
How can they expect to receive 1:1 or group support?
Walk the prospect through how they will get from their current state to their desired state. Go into detail with 1-2 sentences after each.
Most of these given examples are things you should add into your offer:
Step by step videos
Weekly group coaching
One-on-one
DFY services
Weekly action items
1-1 weekly check in calls
Access to my network of experts
Process
What do the first 20-30-60-90 days look like?
What steps do they need to take to achieve X Y and Z?
Example:
Phase 1: Onboarding (Week 1)
Phase 2: Establishing the foundation (Week 1)
Phase 3: Building sales assets (Week 2-3)
Phase 4: Hiring a team (Week 3-4)
Phase 5: Content Accelerator (Week 5-7)
Phase 6: Consulting & Support (Week 7-12)
Include 1-2 sentences for each explaining the goal of eveyr phase.
Roadmap
Build a week by week roadmap for the duration of your offer.
You want to-do lists for each phase. This shows structure, and that you have a proven method to get them to where they want to go.
Example:
Week 1:
Community joined
Onboarding call complete
Subscribed to group call schedule for google calendar
Get access to video modules/course
Bonuses
Talk in context of saving time and money, make sure to add the price of what each bonus is. Include 1-2 sentence, further emphasizing the value.
Make sure the prospect under stands that these are included and not upcharges.
Don’t forget what we talk about here: Bonus and Guarantees
Examples:
Exclusive systems
World class trainings
Appointment setters and sales reps on demand
Virtual assistants
Content Editors
Guarantees
Don’t forget what we talk about here: Bonus and Guarantees (again)
The goal of guarantees to to mitigate the perceived risks by the prospect.
Examples:
If you don’t add an extra 20k to your revenue in our specific timeframe, we will give you a full refund, send you an extra $1000, and continue working with you until you add an extra 20k if you attend coaching calls, watch video modules, etc
If you don’t achieve x result in 90 days I will continue working with you until you do as long as you attend coaching calls, watch video modules, etc
