Growth Metrics

Now, if you just created your account you need to understand that its COLD.

With Parasocial you’re going to be posting 3 times a week for the next 12 weeks.

If your starting at 0 and going for 10k we’ll need 280 followers per post on average. But that’s actually not how Instagram growth works.

80% of your followers are going to come from 20% of your videos.

These 20% breakout videos will comes from videos with the most shares.

TO GET SHARED:

You need to be first to marketing with a common idea

OR have a completely uncommon idea

Share Rate = Total Shares ÷ Total Views (goal is over 3% - 100 watch → 3 need to share)

The best way to make this happen is with by combining an uncommon idea with a large audience.

All it takes it one break out post to get you that wave of momentum you’ll ride to 10k.

That’s why in terms of your content funnel we’ll be wanting you to make 80% TOF content while you grow to 10k.

Once you hit 10k we’ll transition into integrating MOF and BOF content to start monetizing you page.

There are two metrics we need to be tracking at all times:

Average Video Views (AVV) (calculated at the end of each month using the last 12 videos0

And Follower to View Ratio (FFV) (strong accounts sit a 1-2%)

Using these two metrics we can set goals easier and pinpoint what exactly we need to change.

But again, the main way were going to grow is good content. It’s just important to understand the math so that we’re not confused on what’s working or isn’t.
