When

Now the last question is:

How are we going to fit this brand buildout and execution into our everyday lives?

Firstly, we will NOT be posting everyday, the goal is 3 high quality intentional videos per week.

Think about it: would you rather have seven, 1000 view videos or three 50,000 view videos?

The goal of finding your “When” is to remove the distractions in your life that are stopping you from reaching your goals and replace them with dedicated work periods towards your brand. (2 hours a day minimum, if you think you’re two busy we just need to find the 2 hours)

USING OUR CREATOR OS

In your coaching dock you will see a collection of tabs labeled the “Creator OS.” You need to be tracking each video at each stage in the production pipeline so your coach can stay up to date with your progress and provided feedback as fast as possible.

So once your script for a video is given the green light by your coach, drag the tab into filming, then editing and so on and so forth. We want a rapid back and forth revision process, once you finish scripting, filming, or editing immediately notify your coach in the Telegram so they can give feedback

We also have a notion template that you can duplicate here:

TIME MANAGEMENT

Fun fact: before I made content about content I used to make horrible productivity content. It was in the same style as the videos I make now but was so cringy my girlfriend forced me to stop.

However, my time as a self help junkie has led me to know way to much about how to optimizing schedules and how to squeeze the most work out of myself in a day.

All people that seem to effortlessly “lock in” have gone through this process.

It takes a lot of hard work to reach your goals. You need to be a high output individual.

Train yourself to be bored. Don’t listen to music in the gym or on runs. Sit in silence for 20 minutes. Our goal is to make creating and working the most fun thing on the planet for our brains (which most times, it turns out to be.)

And the dopamine reward you get from working hard on a video and seeing others appreciate that will infinitely surpass a funny reel. (Hitting the 10k followers milestone feels like crack or so I’m told.)

Here the rough structure I follow everyday to stay on top of my goals.

6 am

Wake up → go to the gym and do cardio

Try and listen to no music in the gym, you need to teach yourself how to be in the moment while doing hard things.

8 am

Eat breakfast and shower as fast as possible

8:20 am

Begin deep work until 12 pm

This can mean anything from content creation to business building, the point of deep work is focused output in a distraction free environment.

12-5

Client meetings and sales calls

I eat somewhere in between here, I try an fast most of the day.

If I’m feeling extra tired I will take a 20 minute nap. It’s a practice used by NASA astronauts source: trust me bro.

6-10pm

This is when I do the work that doesn’t require me to be high-energy or talk to anyone.

You need to delegate you workflow based of your energy levels throughout the day.

11pm

Journal, read, sleep.

This means getting off your phone and sticking to a work routine while delegating your tasks to certain times throughout the day.

BRICKING YOUR PHONE

  1. Start by cleansing your phone. Delete any tap you use to “pass the time.” Even though we will be posting there, you don’t need TikTok on your phone, the web studio on desktop works fine.

Remove as many apps as you can from your home screen as well. You want only the bare necessities. Our goal is to consume a little and create a lot.

DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE FOR THE FIRST HOUR OF YOUR DAY. Your brain is more sensitive to dopamine when you first wake up, if you flood it with fasts hits as soon as you wake up its going to try and recreate those pathway connections throughout the day, making it really hard to focus for long periods of time.

I always have my phone in focus mode as well, if you feel “scared to miss important notifications,” the app they come from should have a desktop version if it is THAT important. If you worried about messages, you can always allow certain contacts to come through regardless.

  2. Download OPAL using my link: OPAL PRO 1-MONTH FREE

Instead of Apple screen time, this blocks your apps throughout the day and makes it MUCH more challenging to break your focus sessions (I have mine set from 5am to 11pm.)

TIME STUDY

Next up is understanding what your spending your time doing day-to-day. This is so we can cut out what’s holding you back and focus more time on content while still living you life.

Below is the link to a time study google sheet, tomorrow every 15 minutes right down what your doing (you can mass block out your sleeping hours.) I know it’ll be a bit tedious, but your going to get a really good no-bs idea of where you time is going. Last time I did this I found about 2+ hours of wasted time that I was able to reallocate in a more productive way.

DAILY CREATOR TO-DO

You need to treat your personal brand like a business, because that’s what it is. This means following a schedule that is repeatable and holds you accountable.

When I first started creating I wrote down all the things I needed to do each day to improve and grow my account as much as possible.

I’ve included them plus other requirements as your “daily creator to-do:”

  1. Post 5 different trial reels

  2. Post 2-5 stories

  3. Spend a minimum of 3 hours pursing content

    1. studying videos / review analytics

    2. scripting

    3. filming

    4. editing

    5. thumbnail creation

    6. caption writing

  4. EOD reflection

  5. Ask questions and get feedback in your 1-1 group chat and community

You need to do these too if you want to reach your goals.
